Message from the MD

Having come to Nigeria in February 1993, I joined VITA CONSTRUCTION LIMITED as a Project Manager. Two years later the Chairman/CEO (Mr. Varnavas A Varnava) of the company entrusted me with the position of General Manger.

During my stay in the company the following principles have been part of our management philosophy.

Loyalty to Our Clients and Good Name:
The aim was to maintain a good and close relationship with our esteemed Clients by providing best possible cost. As a result we would secure repetitive calls for future projects.

Quality of Works:
The aim was to develop high skilled tradesmen and with proper close supervision of experienced supervisors to deliver high quality workmanship.

Steady Growth:
The aim was to maintain steady growth in operations in terms of turnover to allow the company continue expanding.

Quality People:
The aim was to create a team of qualified Engineers, Supervisors, Quantity Surveyors and other Professionals.

20 Years after in Vita Construction Limited as a Managing Director i am pleased to report consistent performance and an established diversified Portfolio of Clients. 2. Improve and enhance our Health Safety & Environmental procedures.
3. Improve our project completion time by acquiring technologically advance equipment and technical know-how.
